With over 100 bodies now available from Kyosho the Mini Z slot racing scene has been taking Europe by storm at the club level.  And the Schöler Intruder has been the hands down winner this year and GRID is your exclusive distributor for North America.

The Mini Z bodies are actually 1/27 scale rather than 1/24 scale so they are slightly smaller. Given that they were produced for RC racing the body are super strong and a natural donor organ for slot racing.

For those that haven't seen them yet, the detail quality, painting and decal work is absolutely beautiful.  Some of the new releases such as the Toyota show in the picture below has a full gloss coat (reference only not included in chassis price).

It was a bit of tight squeeze for some of the existing 1/24 scale chassis to fit these cars so Schöler opted for a purpose build.  However all of the build up parts including axles, bearings, guide, gears, etc. are common to 1/24 scale.  The chassis is also set to use any 13D type can such as a Fox, Cheetah, Scaleauto, etc. with double screw mounting at the motor bracket.

We are hoping to have the MINI Z bodies in stock at GRID fairly soon along with a full RTR package at a price that will make it a really great Club Class.
