This is a 13D original Mabuchi motor rated at 25,000 rpm at 12v produced specifically for Plafit with excellent quality control across batch production. Motor shaft diameter: 2.0 mm for press on type pinions. There are two threaded holes on the drive side for mounting. Motor comes with lead wire soldered to the pickups and two mounting screws. Many of these motors look identical in all respects however the product specs and performance can vary making it very difficult at Technical Control to assure fair play. The Plafit Fox II is clearly marked on the can as well as the production batch number which can be used by Race Organizers and Clubs to ensure parity in competition and to eliminate 'look alike' Mabuchi motors that may offer an unfair advantage.
